BRAND NEW! This trailer was purchased for a family member coming to live with us, but ended up not coming. It was taken from the lot to our home (approx. 75 miles) and parked on our property where it has stayed. Water and Sewer were never hooked up, and no bathroom/shower/sink amenities were used!
