We’ve owned the RV for 9 months, was a great home while we looked for our house, we lived in it for six months but it has been highly maintained. The mid bunk feature for the kids or guests, large open living area, kitchen island, and plenty of storage make this model unique. At only 11,900 pounds loaded this 5th wheel pulls so easily, and sets up in no time. 40’ Roku tv in Living room, 24’ Roku TV in Master, and bunk room.

Solar Flex 400 system, upgraded lithium ion house battery. System powers the battery, fridge, and several power receptacles throughout the RV.

Roof Vent Covers, allows use of room vents in rain and snow.

Hand rail for entry steps. It is detachable for travel.

Sink mounted filtered water faucet, for the best tasing drinking water.

Generator mount on rear bumper. Can discuss adding the 50 amp generator (Genermax 6000id)we used to the sale, dual fuel lp/gas with 50 hours on it. We used it with a propane quick connect, very handy when off grid.

Accessories included: Surge protector/monitor, sewer hoses/connectors, wheel blocks, leveling blocks, and x-jack stabilizers, miscellaneous parts/supplies for maintaining the rig. I am open to including the hitch in the sale, B+W Patriot 18,000 pound sliding hitch.
