We bought this beautiful RV in mid June and have put our heart into making it our home the last 6 months. The RV still has 6 months remaining on the factory warrenty and has less than 100 miles on it as it was driven from the dealership to our RV park where it has sat.
Included with the purchase of the RV is a washer/dryer combo; brand new $2000 COMFORTABLE mattress; $500 water softner and filtration system; hoses; and stabilizers. I also plan on leaving the curtains and rugs I have placed inside unless the buyer wants them removed. The RV also has a brand new back up camera that has never been used and we have updated the lock on the door with a much stronger and remote controlled RV lock system. It also has the Waggle system installed in it that will alert you to the inside temps if you have pets and it has an outdoor mini fridge and griddle.
We will be replacing the furniture seen in the pictures with the gray factory furniture (also seen in photos). All appliances work great!!

**Please note that while we do keep our rig very clean, we do have French Bulldogs for those that have severe allergies……
