Like new only lived in for 5 months. 3M 50% tint added to windows, blackout curtains on 2 large windows and 5′ sliding door, 3 roof vent hoods, washer/dryer prep, 2 a/c units (30,000 btu’s), central vac, 2 tv’s, Wifi booster, 2nd GFI circuit added, extremely large pantry behind large TV.

The trailers in excellent shape. The only reason for selling is I now own a home and raising grandkids. No issues!
