MUST SELL. MAKE AN OFFER. I’m the original owner of this RV. I’ve never traveled in it, I purchased it to live in full-time. Now that I’m older I’ve fallen on both the inside and outside steps so I think it’s a good time to sell it. The only mileage is when it was delivered to Florida from Coldwater Michigan and two local moves about 100 miles each. I’ve made some cosmetic changes to the inside since it basically has been my home. I removed the original theater seating because it was very hard and uncomfortable. I purchased a fabric sofa and it has been covered with a sofa cover with individual covers for each cushion and back pillows and another piece for the entire sofa. I also laid a piece of carpet on top of the mat that came with the RV under the sofa. The carpet is tacked down in a few areas with double stick tape but it can be lifted up and removed. About a year ago the refrigerator stopped cooling and the RV repair person that came out said it could be any of 3 parts or a combination of them and I would have to pay for all 3 because once the packages are opened they can’t be resold so I decided it made more sense to just buy a new fridge. I purchased a residential refrigerator since I lived in it full time. A few weeks ago the microwave stopped working. I will compensate for the cost of a new one. I changed the mattress to a full size because it’s just me and there’s more room to move around. The mattress has been kept in a mattress cover with a memory foam topper so it’s like new.
