1. Is the RV still available? Yes! As soon as it is sold, I will take down the listing.

2. Why we are selling? We are selling our RV because we are moving and can no longer store our RV on our property.

3. Do we have the title? We own the title outright.

4. Why the low price? We originally priced the RV at $39,000 on RVtrader.com. We paid $42,000 and put $10,000 into it in upgrades (mostly the advanced solar package). We have an inspection report to show that there is not and has never been damage. We also have the receipts to show when we purchased the RV and for how much. We dropped the price to sell fast before we move. We removed and discarded the electric awning. It broke 6 times, we had it fully replaced, and it broke again. We installed canvas tracking. If the awning is a deal breaker, this is not the RV for you. If you love electric awnings, I recommend buying and installing a different system because the stock electric awning is not viable for off-grid. However, if you are going to use this off-grid like I have, you will have better options for awnings (like the canvas tracking we installed).
