Like new – Slept in ONCE. It was driven 200 miles from a dealership and while we had every intention of using it, we had some unexpected changes in our lives so we decided to sell it rather than to rent it out. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

It comes with a weight distribution hitch and a brand-new (unopened) portable potty.

It does have the ladder, pull down screen and comes with a wireless backup cam.

There is a loan on the unit, but I will draft up a bill of sale and exchange all necessary information to ensure a clean title transfer.
