Including outside awning outside speakers and outside hook up for the TV a microwave, air conditioning large shower and bathroom includes double beds to the rear that can also make into a king size extra mattress included. Has the standard dinette table breakdown for another bed in the front. Includes all necessary towing equipment that was bought brand new with the trailer. We are too old to continue to try and camp so we’re giving it up, I was only used three times and we’ve owned it one year.
