This 5th Wheel is in Excellent Condition. It is small enough to tow and fits into most camprgrounds easily including most state and national parks.
At the same time it is very comfortable for living in for extended periods of time. It has a very convenient Rear Living Floor Plan and is outfitted with plenty of storage in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom areas as well as a large pass through basement and large forward compartment under the overhang. Storage is not an issue in this unit.
It comes with Lippert auto leveling system, OneControl Remote monitor system, and Tirelinc tire pressure monitoring system.
The kitchen has 3 flat working surfaces including a free standing island with with solid surface countertops a large SS undermount sink. Appliances include a 12 cf dual fuel Norcold refrigerator, a large convection microwave oven combo and a 3 burner propane stove. It is set up for a washer & dryer.
The living room consists of a dual power reclining theater seating arrangement with heat and massage functions, a tri-fold hide-a-bed sofa, a large LED Smart TV and a Rockford Fosgate Stereo Entertainment System with interior speakers throughout as well as exterior speakers. There is an electric fireplace which can save propane costs when hooked up at a site.

The large bathroom has a ceramic toilet, a large shower and a large sink area.
This 5th wheel has 3 slide outs with factory installed slide out toppers . One very nice feature is that the bathroom and bedroom are accessible when the slide outs are in.
There are 2 large power retractable awnings and and extra handrail on the exterior steps.
This unit includes the Weather-Tek Package which consists of a 35K BTU high output furnace, high capacity heat ducts, (2) Stealth AC units, one with an integrated heat pump, an attic vent, plus a fully enclosed underbelly with heated tanks and heated storage.
With the 91 gallons of fresh water, 2 gray tanks with a total capacity of 100 gallons and a 53 gallon black tank camping off grid is easily accomplished. Water heater is a 10 gallon duel fuel unit.
Recessed LED ceiling lights, interior and exterior LED accent lighting, hardwood doors, Congoleum vinyl flooring throughout, roller shade window coverings, hallway handrail, smoke detector, LP alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm all included. All doors including storage doors are keyed alike.
