There is nothing wrong with this unit. I am the original owner, having it special ordered when it was purchased. The unit has never been in any kind of accident or damaged in any way. I am selling due to a terminal illness in my family and I will no longer be traveling as I am needed to help care for my special needs grandson. This was my home, so interior is great, but again, I lived in it full time, so it has some normal wear & tare (wallpaper needs some regluing in a few places in the Master, brick facade around tv/fireplace in LR needs some regluing. The couches could use a cleaning probably. The exterior is absolutely immaculate. Every time I dumped my black water tank; I then high pressured rinse it until water ran clear. This was every, single time. 3 months ago, I did not plan on living in it again, so I took it for a full maintenance check and inspection. Passed with flying colors (all tanks and plumbing, roof black water vent, HVAC systems, batteries, generator, roof, levelers, tires). After I got it back, I parked it at my son’s property. Unexpectedly I had to move back in for 6 weeks. I had a septic company come out and pump the black water tank, but I had no way of pressure washing it. I would do that once you get it to wherever it’s going. The TV in the living room started getting squiggly lines on the screen when watching it. I called the shop and they said some wires probably came loose in the wall. I have sold my dually, so I have no way of getting it back to the shop. Since it was still under warranty when I reported it; the shop manager doesn’t think she’ll have a problem getting it replaced. I used the garage as an office/craft room, so the Happi-jack sofa’s were removed. They are in wrapping and in the rig now, but you would have to reinstall them if you need them.
