Come see this 2022 keystone avalanche fifth wheel! Wonderfully kept! Our situation has changed and this trailer I fell in love with a year ago is ready to have new adventures with a new family. It is a double suite so it has a master suite up stairs and another suite in the back with a toilet, sink and washer and dryer. The loft above the second suite is a wonderful space for more sleeping or storage space! Modifications- the tiny shower was taken out of the back bathroom and the WASHER AND DRYER was added. The main room came with a 4 person dinette and a two person recliner- which we still have and new owners can have to put back in. We took those out and we put in a comfy couch that spans the whole slide out for plenty of seating. New owners can choose which option they would prefer. Second suite came with a queen bed but we wanted the space so it was taken out. We are happy to put the queen bed back in or can be left open space for an office or other open space options. The bed will only take a couple hours to put back in and we have all the stuff for it so super easy to do. Fridge is nice and big and has an ICEMAKER!!! So awesome! Three air conditioning units, an upgraded fan in the main bathroom with temp control and rain guard, a fireplace in the living room area also with temp control and changing lighting options. The auto leveling system also has an app you can control it from which makes it really easy for hook up and unhooking. This is a wonderful trailer and we’ve loved it and it’s time for it to move on.
