Garage, 14′, with couches that convert to Queen bed. Another queen bed above and the third TV makes for a great bunkhouse with its own toilet. Hook ups for washer/dryer and 140 gallon fresh water tank. dining table which has been used as a desk as the garage makes for a great office. Rear garage doors fold away to lead to the screened deck/loading ramp.

Living room with three zero recliners and heat and vibrate and serve as great beds for teens or adults. Couch, TV, firerplace, upper additional sleeping bunk.

Kitchen features a dual fule fridge that also supports boondocking. nice residential appliances. good storage.

Master Bedroom has custom mattress size between queen and king, making the bed is much easier. Great under bed storage. big closet and lots of drawers. Large shower in master bath.

Unit features hydraulic self leveling, central vacuum, Lippert tire pressure monitoring system. In 2024, unit got a new roof, new rear steps, new brakes when we tore down to replace the bearings per factory. Unit serviced prefessionally and routinely, invoice available. Also in 2024, unit got some new replacement graphics, and it was professionally detailed to remove oxidation and the clear coat polish was applied.
