This RV is in pristine condition. Everything operates well, is clean, and there is no damage to speak of. My wife and I bought this RV to live in while we looked for land to build a home. We have recently found the home we want that is already built and no longer need the RV and want to sell to manage the new mortgage. This RV has 3 slide outs, all with slide toppers for protection already installed. It also has an awning, lights included. There is a solar panel installed on the roof for battery charging when not hooked up, and has inside and outside speakers that all work. This model has two bathrooms, one with toilet and sink and the other is the master bath with two sinks, toilet, and shower with sliding doors. This model also has a luxury seating in an open spaced living room with 3 couches, two of them that slide out as beds and one with entertainment seating complete with massager and heated seats. There is a propane fireplace in the living room as well that serves for ambiance as well as actual heat for colder camping. The fridge is residential sized, and this model also has two A/C units. There is a massive amount of storage all throughout the RV. This model has a 49 gal fresh water tank, and 76 gal black/gray water tanks.

The price includes all equipment we bought for RV living as well to get you started, or to supplement what you already have. Equipment includes 2 20ft sewer hoses, a y connector, 2 water hoses (one is heated), water pressure gauge/regulator, water filters, propane gauges, leveling kit, tire chalks, an extended 50ft 50amp power cable, surge protector, extendable ladder, step stool, and other small useful pieces of equipment. Lastly, if you have a RAM truck you’re using to pull, we can discuss the B&W fifth wheel hitch that is brand new we are willing to sell as well.
