2022 Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage 40CDL

Purchased in August of 2022. Bought it to keep at our property in Yucca for the winter. We tow it back to Idaho in the summer and use it there. Our needs have changed looking to go a different direction wondering if someone here might want it before we haul it back to Idaho. Currently located in Idaho Falls for those that want to look. Still have 2 years of warranty through camping world. Good at any location. Willing to help deliver and setup.

Been awesome, we call it our tiny home. Would recommend it to someone that is looking to just park it on a property. It doesn’t tow that great and is really designed to be parked with all the hook ups.
