2022 40 ft Alliance Paradigm 370FB 5th Wheel bought new in November 2022. Only towed once from the dealer in Pismo Beach to our property in Auburn. Used for a short time while we built our house. In excellent condition; everything works great. Fully loaded 11/2 bath, full size shower, washer/dryer, king size bed, large walk-in closet, 3 AC units, fireplace, and 2 TV's.
