I purchased this RV new in November of 2022. My wife and I stayed in it for a couple of volunteer projects in North and Central Florida. We are non-smokers and there have never been any pets inside. We have not left Florida with the RV. The title says the rig is 36' long, but if you take a tape measure to it, it is 39' tip to tail. It has a King size bed with a mattress topper. The original refrigerator was acting strangely so I replaced it. The new one only runs on electric, but I also upgraded the power inverter to a 3000W and installed a lithium battery. So you can run the refrigerator for up to 12 hours on just the battery. We had the dealer install a combo washer/dryer. It is a very comfortable unit and served us well. We are not traveling as much as we would like with it and honestly would like to get something a little smaller. The only issue I know of is the roof mounted TV antenna does not work. I used a free standing one on our projects and it worked fine. It has the original tires, but i have only driven it from Gainesville FL to Naples, Naples to Orlando, and Orlando back to Naples. So the tires have very low miles on them. I also keep 2 spares at all times.
