Very good very well taken care of 5th wheel. everything works very well, it has a trailer cover and was covered all winter. I do have a brand new cover still in the box that will go with the trailer. It’s winterized now. I put 14 ply tires on, also put a heat reflective tint on the windows to help keep it cool in the trailer. All three A/C units work very well. I always ran a water filter system and water softener to keep it very clean. Upgraded a brand new king size mattress in the master bedroom. It is a Wilderness Montana Hybrid which is the top on the line very comfortable mattress. It has an 11 foot garage and is big enough to fit four 4wheelers. Asking 70k
