This is a four-season travel trailer or tiny home with all the comforts. This is a customized model to include the following: sleeps 6, custom queen mattress with foam topper in master bedroom; 2 fireplaces; 2 A/C units; 2 bathrooms; tankless water heater; W/D combo; King WiFi booster; 2 solar panels (one installed); 2 TVs; outside kitchen area that includes refrigerator, stereo, sink, grill, and a spot for a TV; 3 slide outs; awning; reclining loveseat with heat and massage features; 2 black/2 grey tanks; and added interior storage. It has a complete set of Air Skirts for cold/hot weather ($2k value), a truck hitch and stabilizers, and a hitch cargo tray. We added a removable clothing bar in the bunkroom for extra clothing storage space, as well as putting a permanent clothing bar in the master bedroom for more clothing space. It comes with bedding, dishes, silverware, and pots/pans if desired. Normal wear and tear from use and living in it for one year. We had cats in the trailer, so there are minor scratches on the couch and loveseat, but no holes. (If you also have cats, a cat door is installed in the bunk room, and an out-of-the-way spot for a litter box.) The trailer is too big for us without the kids. Looking to get something smaller. The trailer is currently financed.

DISCLOSURE: The awning does have a small tear that has been patched. Also, if you look at the floor plan, we removed the couch from the bunkroom and put it in the living room where the dining table was to make room for the W/D and extra storage. There is no longer a dining table in the main living area, but there is a small dining table in the bunkroom. (We used tray tables instead.) We still have the main dining table and equipment for installation if you want to re-customize it for your needs.
