If you are interested in this unit and want to look up the specifications it was originally a bunkhouse unit D286BHD. The bunkhouse area was converted to office space. The RO designation stands for rear office. Because of the conversion this is now more of a couples unit. The dinette will convert to a small bed for a child. My wife and I are retired and it was perfect for the two of us.
This unit is set up for Boondocking.

Outdoor kitchen, washer dryer connection. As I’m sure you know you can save a lot of money Boondocking with a bonus of avoiding the crowds. Near new Goodyear Endurance radials and aftermarket heavy duty wheels. Unit is well-maintained top to bottom.
This unit had an insurance claim for hail damage and consequently has the term rebuilt on the title although the damage was minor and didn’t require rebuilding only patching some small dings on the roof. You can see the patches and you can be the judge. The upside is everywhere there is a patch there is now two layers of roofing material. If you were concerned about resale, I paid less than retail I am selling for less than retail and when you’re ready you can sell for less than retail. Everyone gets an awesome unit for a good price.
