It also comes with a shed, and outdoor table wirh 6 chairs. The unit sleeps 6 if you don't mind sleeping on recliners. Queen bedroom and 1 single cot included. 3" foam foe each bed. The unit is hard piped to the sewer. It has solar panels that keep your back up batteries charged. Yearly inspection available.
Applications and background check is required. They do not allow you to rent out your unit. Trailer may be purchased and moved off the lot $43,000. Following is the annual lease info:

A 30-day notice must be emailed to me by November 30th if you are not renewing your lease for 2026. Camper must be removed by Dec. 31st.

I will begin sending leases out Monday October, 27th beginning with section 200 and so on. I hope to have all leases sent out by Nov.1
