We have not had time to take the unit out. The bathroom has never been used. In October of 2025, the unit was fully inspected and had all maintenance performed. Refrigerator is gas/electric with auto switch. Garage area is 16′ long. Has LED lighting in the counter edge. Unit has a power awning on the side and a power awning on the back. Rear ramp can be used as a porch. There is a divider that can be pulled between the rear opening and the ramp to close of the interior of the RV if the ramp is down. Includes two televisions, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. Air conditioning and heating as well as a ceiling fan in the main room. The rear beds are powered and the bottom bed can be converted to two coaches with a table.
