This trailer is a 2022 Rockwood Mini-Lite 2507S, and it is in excellent condition. You can have this unit just in time for some beautiful summer camping!

This camper has been very well taken care of and is set up to “boondock” (camp with no hookups) for a few days at a time. So if you like to camp in remote spots, this would be a great unit for you. It can be towed with a half-ton truck because it weighs less than 6,000 pounds, but at the same time it is roomy and quite comfortable.

-Full length 19-foot, motorized awning that covers the entire right side of the trailer
-2-inch standard hitch receiver in the middle of the rear bumper; allows use of a hitch-mounted bike rack and is heavy-duty enough to easily take 2-3 e-bikes.
-Outside kitchen on right rear side of trailer; includes stainless sink, mid-sized refrigerator, 2-door storage cabinet, portable shelf that attaches to the side of the trailer for additional counter space, fold-out 2-burner stove, and a propane-fired griddle that is mounted on an adjustable arm. All of these items comprise a completely equipped outdoor kitchen that is extremely efficient and well-constructed. You can enjoy cooking outside with your family and guests!

HITCH AND DELIVERY
This trailer also comes with a Curt load-leveling & anti-sway hitch, which by itself retails for about $900. It has the ability to take a tongue weight of up to 1,000 pounds, which is more than twice the tongue weight of this trailer. It is also a tremendous help with anti-sway.

If someone purchases this trailer, I will deliver it for free within 100 miles of Middlebury, VT–or you can also come with your vehicle and pick it up. If the buyer is more than 100 miles away, I will discuss delivery details but would likely ask the buyer to pay 50 cents per mile beyond the first 100.

**Please note–If you are camping with no hookups, there are VERY few battery systems that will allow you to operate air conditioning or a microwave in an RV. The systems that will run those items can only do so on a limited basis. So, in most cases you must be plugged into 30 amp shore power or run a generator to run those items.
