Our 2021 31MB is loaded. It has the optional 2nd AC unit for the master bedroom and all features possible to add to it on the build sheet. We have loved this floor plan. This mid bunk room has been great for the kids and we have enjoyed it a ton but as the kids are getting older and with sports, we arent using it. We used it a few times last year so it doesnt make sense to keep it. Its in great shape. It has a few minor scratches on the interior. The exterior was professionally detailed every 3 months and waxed by hand twice a year. We keep everything super clean. It is currently at my storage unit in Lake Havasu but if you are serious and want to see it in So Cal, I can bring it home no problem.
