All backed with quality parts and work that Grand Design is known for, we’ve only added more to this 44′ beauty to increase both its aesthetics as well as function that we feel most any owner would appreciate. All features of the RV are in great working condition, from awnings, slides/hydraulics, lighting and AC units.

Come inside and be greeted by a large open living and kitchen floorplan. A living room complete with surround sound, cozy electric fireplace, black-out curtains, with an added drop-down table for either a workspace or eat-in area. Gather around the kitchen and prepare a delicious meal which will be easy with help from a large residential fridge, built in RO system, and lots of cabinet storage on a long peninsula countertop.

We added bunk beds in the former front bedroom, keeping your mind at ease at the lack of exterior door access. This space includes a custom welded bunk bed, large closet as well as added storage bins in the room for all their toys. With pocket doors for privacy, you can still access the main bathroom and take a nice hot shower under the skylight, without disturbing the kids.

The comforts of home don’t stop once you reach the garage, with vinyl flooring throughout versus the rough terrain you’d expect in a toy hauler garage. You’ll also find a washer/dryer combo (ventless), additional half bathroom, dedicated work desk on the Happijac track to turn this into a full office ready for remote work, and your queen-sized platform bed. The last thing you’ll find in the garage is an additional 9′ of breathing room with the drop-down patio giving you your own private patio straight off the master bedroom for those scenic places you’ll find yourself parked. Having both the office desk and bed on the track, you can raise them to the ceiling in less than a minute and have an additional play-area or hang out space, on top of the added square footage from the outdoor patio space. The tinted glass door to the garage adds to the feeling of separation of spaces for adults and kiddos. Even on the ugly rainy and snowy days, you’ll still feel like you have plenty of room with everyone inside the RV.

Though our adventures in this RV are at an end, we want to start a new family off with everything they need to hit the ground running.
We are including an RV roof cover that we’ve used to protect the roof from brutal Texas sun, as well as all supplies needed for setup (sewar hoses, heated water hose, exterior water filtration, snap pads, power cable, surge protector, etc.), back-up camera accessories, as well as B&W Slider 5th wheel hitch. The only thing you’ll need to pick up and go is a towing vehicle!
