2021 Sanibel 3201 I have attached a link to the standard features but there are a couple of changes made during the build. It DOES NOT have a 10 gallon hot water heater, it is a six gallon but it’s the fastest we’ve ever had, 10 minute showers are easy. And it DOES NOT have self adjusting brakes, they are manual adjust. This is a 36′ 5th wheel and 38′ bumper to hitch. We used it 2 winters. My wife fell this past winter and we decided it was time to sell, had she not fallen we would keep it. We replaced all 5 Chinese tires with Goodyear Endurance tires 12/22. We added a lift assist for the entry steps. Changed the kitchen and bath faucets to residential and replaced the shower head. We replaced the faux leather love seat with cloth rocker recliners we purchased at RC Willey. They have about 5 years left on the warranty however I don’t know if it’s transferable. Replaced both batteries 18 months ago and they stay on a charger when not in use. A TST Tire Monitoring System is included. Added a 3″ gel foam topper to bed and a 2″ gel foam topper for the hide a bed sofa. It is rolled up and stored under the bed in bedroom. Trailer really is in near new condition.
