Excellent Condition. Only used a few times locally. Stored inside during winter. Washed and waxed every year. Queen bed with fold out couch that turns into a queen bed as well. Full size refrigerator, washer and dryer hook up, 2 televisions, fireplace, pantry, under the bed storage, 4 table chairs, etc. recliners still have plastic covers. Never had any rodents. Thought we would be living in it during the winter but our plans changed.
