2021 36 ft Grand Design Reflection 311BHS 5th Wheel in great condition with all the original documentation PLUS the hitch that we bought with the 5th Wheel is included in the price.

We are a family of 6 with no pets and bought the 5th wheel new in March 2021. We have been the only owners and never rented it out. Unfortunately, we have only been able to use it a little due to unforeseen circumstances.

At the time of purchase (03/2021), we bought 3 transferable extended warranties that are good for 5 yrs plus an interior/exterior platinum protection package and have the original paperwork for all:

1- USA Travel Care Platinum Package: Covers – water heater, fresh water system, waste system, AC units, range, oven and microwave, LP Gas/Propane system, heating system, refrigerator and freezer, frame, brake system, interior/exterior (door handles, door hinges, storage compartments, awning crank assembly and torsion arm), Audio/Video Entertainment system, Seals and Gaskets, Fluid and Lubricants and Wear and Tear.

2 – Multi Seal Preventative Sealants: “Tire maintenance products that protect against rim and seal bead leaks, stops under inflation from rubber tire porosity and seals tread punctures made by objects up to 5/8 in diameter.”

3 – Coach Net Premiere Towable Package: Emergency roadside assistance, RV technical assistance hotline and RV service appointment assistance

4 – EcoRV+ treatment package: EXTERIOR SHIELD treatment to all the exterior surfaces (“provides increased resistance to damage from outside elements”) and MICROBEREPEL treatment to all the interior surfaces & exterior canopies and slides outs (“provides increases resistance to staining, odors and mold/mildew protection”).

The 311BHS also includes the Lippert Automatic Leveling System, tires outfitted with the Lippert Tire Linc tire pressure and temperature monitoring system.
