One owner, bought December 2020. Lived in for about 5 months in 2021, but since have only used it a few weekends a year. We love this camper, but have gone from 1 child, to 4. We have simply outgrown it.

We replaced the factory battery with a Battle Born lithium battery. There’s 2, 20# propane tanks. We upgraded the sewage lines to 20 feet (2, 10 ft sections) with a hose support cradle. The mattress is a Tempur-Pedic queen, we upgraded shower head, and there’s also an external water pressure regulator.

We regularly change out the anode rod, seasonally grease the slide out tracks/ window slides, winterize with RV antifreeze, and seasonally sterilize the fresh water system. All wheel bearings have been re-greased. Roof seals have been inspected and resealed at least once.
