Roof is cleaned twice a season as well as UV protectant placed on TPO and sealant. Camper has never had any water leaks or damage. Fridge and freezer work excellent as well as a/c, heat and hot water heater. Reason we are selling is we just upgraded to a larger camper because our family has out grown this camper.
