I’m not the first owner. The previous owners were mature responsible adults. This unit has never been abused. It has always been under cover (previous owner used Adco RV cover). I kept the camper under a large carport. This is a very clean, well maintained, well kept camper.

We’ve reached the stage of life where rv camping is no longer our passion. We built a retirement home in the mountains.
