Up for sale is a very nice 2020 Sandpiper 38FKOK by Forest River.

This was custom ordered by my parents and they drove back to Ohio to pick it up.

Up in the front you will find a massive kitchen with more counter space than some houses! Some features are an island with double bowl sink, and a residential size French door refrigerator! Nice eating bar area up in the kitchen as well that looks over the living area.

In the back is the bedroom with a full size California king bed and nice size bathroom with a 4’ shower, Washer and Dryer.

Outside is a nice outdoor kitchen area with a microwave, sink and mini refrigerator, as well as a big BBQ that swings around from the back.

It has the full 6-point auto leveling system that works awesome.

Tires are almost new, purchased in April of last year and only half of a trip on them. My dad used an Anderson hitch, and we could include that for the right deal. I am helping my mom sell this after my dad’s passing. Local bank holds the title.
