Like new condition with added extras!
We love this trailer, but we no longer use it because we’ve purchased a vacation home, so it is time to let it go. It is packed with features for a trailer of its size (20 feet total length). It has tons of storage for all your toys. Includes all you need to hit the road (black/gray water hoses, electric cables, fresh water hose, stabilizer pads, etc.).

I have the cushions for the bunkhouse and they are included. The photos show an empty bunkhouse because we used them for storage. The trailer is set up at Heber RV Park in Heber Arizona. I have a paid site through the end of September that you can have if we can work it out with the park. The park is full for the summer and this is about a $1200 value. Get out of the Valley heat!
