I did a lot of research before we purchased this brand of RV. Kept garaged or under cover it’s entire life except when we used it. We used it rather than a motel when we vended at dog shows. We have since sold that business and will go back to a motorhome. It’s been used maybe 5 times per year, purchased Feb 2020.
This is a top of the line Titanium, has great tank capacities, excellent insulation. Used in January for 10 days and never an issue with tanks or lines freezing. I have the original brochure with all information. We had purchased a 24ft Outdoor RV the year before and loved it so much, needed to upsize, so traded and purchased the same brand, just larger. We have not had any issues, it’s been a great trailer.
We removed (still have brand new/never used) the rear recliners and put cabinets mainly so our dogs could lay there and look out the windows. Furniture always covered, no scratches. The recliners have been stored up on a shelf in our shop, since purchased. Bed has plenty of room to walk around. Bath is nice size with porcelain toilet and shower is plenty big. Kitchen has decent counter space, including a drop down and lots of cabinet storage. Water heater is directly below the kitchen sink, so you have almost instant hot water. It has 3 power vents 2 with remotes/temp control, as well as roof ducted A/C and floor ducted furnace. No problem with keeping the temp right where you want it. Themopane windows with blackout shades, rechargable remote for power awning, lights and stabilizers. Power awning with LED lights, 2 slides, back up camera and power jack. Water heater can be run either propane or 110 electric. Tank heater and all tanks/compartments are heated.
