Very well kept and maintained fifth wheel. Recently winterized and water pump replaced. Goodyear tires. There are a few minor dings on the side and rubbing under the tongue where the coach rubbed the truck bed while turning on a steep grade. The water lines to the fridge need to be replaced.

The mini garage is great for hauling a motorcycle or golf cart (with tie downs) but we opted to use it for storage and a chest freezer (there is an outlet in the back of the garage).

All living room furniture was recently replaced due to the heating element in the recliner going out. The entire line of furniture had been discontinued and Jayco replaced all pieces.

Three propane bottles are included.

Three televisions (living room, kitchen, and bedroom).

Personal items not included.

It has a great layout with a huge living room area and a large hidden TV that rises through the large countertop with a switch press. The living area also has a fireplace, surround sound, theater recliners, and two large trifold hide-a-bed sofas so eight people can sit comfortably watching a game or movie, and when it is time, four people can sleep in the large area.

This toy-hauling RV also has a ramp leading to a giant garage with tie-downs on the floor and tons of storage and drawers for tools and other items.
