This 5th wheel (with a 10′ ceiling in the kitchen/living area) is perfect for part time vacationing, full-time living, and it performs really well when dry camping. It has an external slide out storage tray and tons of storage. Post-purchase upgrades (~$20,000) include Electric Power upgrade, inverter, solar, generator, and a new king memory foam mattress. Without electrical hookups, this RV will allow you to use a CPAP machine at night, cook meals using propane stove or an induction stovetop, and make coffee in a standard coffee pot each morning.

This RV is in excellent condition. Everything works. Gently used. Never lived in. The furthest trip we’ve taken is a five hour trip (AZ to CA).

Reason for selling: Downsizing to a smaller RV to eliminate storage costs.
