PRICE: $63,600 OBO – MUST SELL Currently financed through Mountain America Credit Union in Utah. Bank has agreed to accept a short-sell to help us get out from under it quickly. They will not tell me how low they will go but have said they are willing to make a GREAT deal on this. Make us an offer and if the bank accepts it, then pay them and it’s yours.

We bought this in 2019 so we could move around with my construction job easier. In 2022 the company moved me to Colorado permanently. Due to health issues we can’t afford to continue making the payments to keep the RV.

Single-owner unit with low mileage. Used for full-time family living, mostly stationary.

Unit is in good overall condition with minimal issues:
• Generator (0 hours) needs new fuel filter or carburetor. We were always on shore power and did not know you still had to run the generator at least 1 a month. We were told it is either the fuel filter or carb needing replaced. $500-$1,000 repair if it's the carb
• Dinette bench has a lingering perfume smell (son spilled it on the bench and we have not been able to get the smell out)
• King Size Serta iComfort Blue Max Mattress in master bedroom. No other mattresses or couch
