This unit was special ordered and delivered in April 2019. It has been towed about 3000 miles and has been sitting in the garage since 2021. We ordered it with dual pane windows, generator, washer dryer, full body paint, dishwasher, heat pump in one AC unit. It’s been well taken care of and used very little. It has a brand new queen mattress but a king can easily fit. It comes with a Reese 20K hitch but can change it onsite if desired. Batteries are brand new. Generator had 52 hours. Propane tanks were upgraded to 40# and are full. Has residential refrigerator with inverter. 12 gallon gas/electric water heater. Also has a bath and a half. We have purchased a new travel trailer and the reason we are selling the fifth wheel is because I need to get a class A license to be legal and I’m not going thru all of that. It makes us sick to sell it as we absolutely love this model and the pre Covid quality Grand Design was known for before Winnebago bought them. Thanks for looking.
