We pulled it out to wash it, but it has been kept under a RV shed and is now parked inside our indoor shed out of the weather.

It comes with the 50 amp power cord, tri-pod rest for the 5th wheel connection, tire covers and white water hose.

It has not been smoked in and is in great condition.
