We are the 2nd owners of this amazing fifth wheel bunkhouse RV. We traveled in it full-time for 9 months but have recently settled down and are sad to have to sell it. We chose this model after months of searching because it is just such a great layout for full-time living. There is room for literally everything. It was very well loved and cared for.

The whole inside has been renovated with paint, wallpaper, and backsplash to make it feel super cozy and homey. There is SO much storage, a huge pantry and fridge, electric fireplace, and one and a half bathrooms with a full size shower. The shower is even deep enough to give the little kids a shallow bath. The fridge runs on propane or electric. The bunk room sleeps four currently but there is room for another bed and has plenty of storage and its own half bath that opens to the outside. Two air conditioners with soft start so you can run both even with 30-amp hookups or a smaller generator. The large master has a king size PlushBeds mattress and lifts up for a ton of under-bed storage. The master closet is huge and includes a Splendide Washer/Dryer combo. Tons more storage in the pass-through basement. The outdoor kitchen has a sink, cabinets, TV hookup, and room to add a grill (grill not included). We added a huge Epoch 460ah lithium battery with solar hookup – perfect for boondocking! (solar panel not included) RV has one small inverter, which provides power to one 120V outlet. (you can charge devices or run small appliances without hookups) The battery will power all 12V items such as the slides, lights, and fans.

All sewer hoses, water hoses, power cords, leveling blocks, chocks, etc will be included. This thing is ready to roll! There are 3 small areas with cosmetic damage, which do not affect function (dent on the living room slide on the outside, part of living room trim is pulled back, and there is a soft spot in the floor of the master) I have a full walk-through video available and will send you the link if you’re interested.

We are also selling our 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 High Country Dually. This truck is amazing and towed wonderfully!
