The attached floorplan photo and specs are accurate. Fireplace for great ambiance, provides extra heat source. Theater seating offers recliners, cup holders with LED lights, massage and heated seats. Blinds over all windows. We just had this unit out a couple of weeks ago to the Black Hills of South Dakota so please excuse the dirt. We will take it out and get it washed.
