Like new, barely used. Perfect for couple or small family. Lots of extras. Outside shower, outside sink and mini fridge. Outside attached gas grill. Outside lights under the power awning. Outside speakers for the radio. Power stabilizers and trailer tongue. Inside we have a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, island sink, smart tv, gas fireplace and AM/FM/CD radio with inside and outside speakers. 2 recliners, a sofa bed and a table and 4 chairs. On the pic of the floor plan, you will see a “Dinette” that I believe folded into a bed. That has been removed by previous owner and a 4 chair dining set has been put in it’s place, which you will see in pics I have taken. Everything needed to camp comes with it. Sewer hoses, Electrical hookup cable with 30A and 50A adaptors. It really is a beautiful camper in excellent shape, we just don’t have time to use it.
