This toy hauler/travel trailer is amazing for families. It can haul a golf cart or a motorcycle. It has two hijack beds in the back, it can sleep 4 back there very comfortably. It is wired for generator and washer and dryer hook up. It has tons and tons of cabinets and storage. It had dogs, but NO smokers. Price is reduced to reflect repairs for awning. (We have Link for awning arms replacement) Awning itself is fine. We used 2 x 4 and clamps to get by on our last couple of camping trips. Interior is an excellent condition, exterior does have some minor weather fading. Sleeps six comfortably, sofa does flip out and has an Air mattress. (Adds 2 more people. Never been used). It has the option of two small tables for the sofa for dining, or a dinette table for the sofa, or the back does flip out to make a dinette set. Large screen TV mounted inside. Outside shower included. 2 slides. This has been an amazing camper, have loved it over the years, but we need to downsize.
