2017 Keystone RV Cougar X-Lite 27RKS

This Cougar X-Lite fifth wheel 27RKS by Keystone RV features a rear kitchen layout, and two slide outs for added interior space and lots of storage cabinetry. Entertainment center in the main room. The kitchen in the rear of the unit includes a refrigerator (120VAC or propane), double kitchen sink with upgraded residential grade kitchen faucet, three burner range, oven, pantry, lots of storage above and below. 12VDC water pump located below pantry behind access panel to the right of the fuse panel and new propane sensor/alarm. Heater is 30,000 BTU propane integrated heater. A/C is 15K Coleman with a new fan motor and starting capacitors.

To the right of the entry door is the bathroom (upgraded percaline sink with residential faucet, toilet, spacious shower, cabinets) and further forward is the master bedroom with upgraded new comfortable queen size residential mattress (not RV grade), closets, cabinets, night stand. IMPORTANT UPGRADES – Roof was upgraded from stock TPO to FlexArmor Roofing System ($5600 upgrade) with transferable (nationwide FlexArmor warranty which follows the ownership of the trailer) lifetime no leak warranty requiring no maintenance, just your normal cleaning. This is a HUGE PLUS FOR THIS TRAILER.

All 3 sewer tank valves (black, gray, kitchen) upgraded from problematic very hard to move manual valves to Electric Drain Master Pro-Series valves. Just flip a switch to open or close each.

Wheels and tires upgraded to Aluminum 16 wheels with Bridgestone Dueler H/T LT225/75R16 LRE E tires.

Stock seats replaced with very comfortable wall hugger RecPro recliners and nice wood side table.

Electrical cord system upgraded to Furrion marine grade side of trailer receptacle.

Entry lock upgraded to RVLocks version 4 electronic entry lock with (phob, user programmable 4-8 digit personal code) with integrated deadbolt.

Smoke detectors upgraded to new CO/smoke/fire detectors.

Propane grill connection on door side of trailer.

New roof hatch seals on all three roof vents and new roof vent covers.

Wheel bearings inspected and repacked yearly.

This trailer is in very clean and well-maintained condition with everything fully functional and the trailer has been kept at our home and has NO storage lot damage.
