The fireplace can be used in heater mode or not, many different flame options and colors by remote. LED lights across the living room front room area that change to many colors by remote. Full size walk-in shower. Lots of storage. No leaks or soft spots. Roof was re sealed last year. Surroundsound inside and out exterior small barbecue two propane tanks, one battery. Some exterior scratches on the bottom of the skirt from being transported.
