14ft,3inches is the trailer length. The box is 10’x7’ when tent is closed up inside.
It has had very very light use and is very clean as I only used it about 5 times. Stored in garage. About 1500 mileage on it. Several of its features I never used even once, so like new,,eg stove, most pillows, one bed, storage water tank, awning, dinette table. It has a roof top mounted AC, furnace, hot water heater, refrigerator, push button lift system for raising roof. Also have cover for it.
