This unit has five slide outs one of which makes the bathroom very large. It has two A/C-Heat pump units on the roof and the roof is in great shape with no leaks.

The steps have been upgraded and are very sturdy and solid. I have also installed 2-6 volt batteries and replaced the one 12 volt battery for more storage when not hooked up to power.

Flooring is in excellent shape with no marks or tears. Carpet is clean and in excellent shape with not stains or tears.

We have had this unit since it was new. We recently purchased a new fifth wheel and have no need for both. This is a great fifth wheel for the price. As you can see by the photos, it is in great condition.br />
