This fifth wheel has been kept undercover and is an excellent condition. The master bedroom air conditioning unit is a couple of years old, the microwave is brand new and has never been used. There is some damage on the carpet in the living room, the bottom of the door going into the half bath and around the kitchen island at the bottom. I have all service records and receipts for items repaired recently, including two new batteries. There are many upgrades in this unit.

I am also selling the Carport that was built for it as well as a 10,000 KW portable generator that will run the fifth wheel entirely
