This is a toy hauler 5th wheel trailer with 2 queen bed bunks that both lift up to the ceiling, in hauling area. There are 3 TV's in the Main living room,& master bedroom, and one in the garage area, It has an extra large double frig and freezer, a large Onan generator, there are two fuel tanks = 100 gal fuel capacity tanks with fuel pump outside, 2 awnings, 2 bathrooms, King bed in master suite, large closet, hook ups for washer dryer, back toy hauler area the area is 12'x8' , There are several tie downs in floor of the garage/ bunk area which connect to the main frame. We have 2 AC units, one in the master bedroom and the other in the garage area. This is great for big families going out dry camping. We are retired and took our grandkids out camping. There's fresh water capacity of 112 gallons, gray water capacity – 43gallons & black water capacity – 162 gallons On the Back door you can add cables and gates to make a large sitting area/ patio, (hubby didn't want to have it put on). Back door has a screen, making a very nice area for evening dinners. This rig will sleep 6 adults easily, but you can add 2-3 kids in the loft, and 3 reclining chairs area on the main living area, and on the floor you can put a queen air bed (included). I have had as many sleeping in it as 13, adults teens and kids. Its a big burtha!! We can dry camp and with the generator, can still have ice cream and popsicles!!
