Great shape!! Been sitting at our property since 2020 in BEND ORE. while we built. We stayed in it on the weekends, Brand new mattress, faucets, and shower hardware. Also new heater was put in in 2023. One of the best floor plans in the Cougar Series. The big picture window facing your campfire and awning area brings the outside in.
Added Flat Screen TV for better viewing. Has Hitch Leveler System included. Tows very nicely. The Sofa is a Hide-a-Bed and the Dinette can also be converted to a sleeping area for the kids. Two oversized Propane Tanks up front. I just purchased two brand new batteries for it.
