4. Replaced the water heater with a tankless, energy efficient water heater.
5. Replaced the microwave oven.

7. Replaced nearly all the interior incandescent lights with dimmable LED fixtures.
8. Replaced the old style paddle fan with a new low profile ceiling fan with color-change, dimmable lights, and remote control.
9. Replaced the rock-hard original mattress with a new, thick, firm queen mattress.
10. Replaced the leaky vinyl shower enclosure with an American Standard hard-side residential corner shower with curved glass door.
11. Replaced the toilet with a new Dometic 310 model.
12. Replaced the leaking black sewer tank with new tank and shut-off valves for both sewer tanks.
13. Repacked wheel bearings on both axles.
